Lemon Slice

150gm Butter
11/2cp Flour
1/2cp Icing Sugar
Topping
2Tbsp Custard Powder
1/2tsp Baking Powder
1cp Sugar
1/2cp Lemon Juice
1Tbsp grated Lemon zest
3 Eggs
Preheat oven to 180C. Grease & Line a 20 x 30cm sponge-roll tin. Melt butter. Remove from heat & mix in flour & icing sugar. Press over the base of prepared tin. Bake for 15-20mins or until lightly golden. To make the topping, mix cust powder, baking powder, sugar, lemon juice & zest & eggs together until well combined. Pour over base & bake for a further 25 mins or until set. Cut into slices when cold.
Green General Purpose Cleaner
Mix 1/2 cup vinegar with 1/2 hot water
add 1/8 tsp liquid detergent,
add 6 drops eucalyptus oil.
Pour into a spray bottle and shake well before each use.
