Orders will be shipped when payment has been recieved.

Depending on family life (I have 3 children under 5yrs) orders will be completed and sent within 7 days of payment being recieved. If it is going to be longer than this, I will be in contact with you through email or phone.

New Zealand Orders - I send parcels by ParcelPost or Pass the Parcel.

International Orders - Before you place your order please contact me as shipping prices will need to be worked out based on weight and size of the package.

Returns - If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase or you have found a fault with the product, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I will swap the item/s or give you a refund.

Postage of the product back to me is not refundable sorry.

All Items for return, exchange or replacement must be returned to me fully intact, unused and in their original condition.

***I fully back all of my products so if you are ever sent a faulty product let me know straight away and it can be returned for a full replacement***
